Technical Training System

In 1995, Clean Tech launched the Technical Training System to support the performance of technicians and engineers throughout the company. Technical Training Modules help associates gain the skills and knowledge necessary to work safely and to produce quality products. The design, development and implementation of the Technical Training System is a joint effort among members of various production teams, site technical training teams and the staff of the Technical Training & Performance Support Department. Clean Tech conducts extensive interviews to identify the constraints that affect training at Clean Tech sites. This analysis is the foundation for determining training program content and methodology.

Performance Management

Clean Tech's Performance Management system helps managers set strategic objectives to ensure alignment with business goals. This proprietary process is unique to Clean Tech and has allowed the company to achieve exceptional business results. All associates are expected to participate in annual performance reviews. Managers and associates use the information from these reviews to create individual action plans that assist associates in strengthening their professional skills. For key associates, Clean Tech creates individualized career development plans that include classroom and practical learning opportunities.
